thegoodbeard: This is Logan. Logan has been growing his beard since around November. So many great beards have been born from No Shave November! Logan is a poet and he enjoys playing with his beard because it makes him feel more contemplative. When I asked Logan what kind of poetry he writes he answered, “The good kind.” This statement is obviously true, as Logan was recognized as the most promising creating writing student this year.  Logan works at the rock wall at UREC with D-Falt (who I featured a few weeks ago). He was also a snowboarding instructor at Massanutten, which is a very beard conducive environment. When I inquired about his flowing mane of hair, Logan proceeded to tell me how during his junior year of high school he cut it all off because of a random bet made at CiCi’s Pizza! He prefers his hair long, though, and if he could, he would have a nice long beard like Walt Whitman, who just happens to be my favorite poet!
